Judgment/Debt Recovery Firms

Judgment leads are available today in select jurisdictions, and coverage keeps growing. If your firm has specific counties or states in mind, tell us — we’ll assess what’s currently available there, and chances are good we can find a path forward, whether that’s confirming existing coverage or looking into adding it.

To be clear on scope: we identify newly-filed judgments where that data exists. We don’t track whether a specific judgment has since been collected or remains outstanding — we’re surfacing the filing itself, not its current collection status.

What We Provide

  • Newly-filed civil judgments, in the jurisdictions where court data supports it
  • Businesses and individuals named as judgment holders in those filings

This is a more targeted service than some of our other lead types. If judgment data isn’t currently available in your area, let us know — we track demand and prioritize new jurisdictions accordingly.

The Payoff for Recovery Firms

Firms working with us on judgment leads value a few things: the leads reflect a real, recent filing rather than an old list; outreach runs through direct mail and email built around current advertising and consumer protection standards; and where we have coverage, new judgments keep coming in regularly.

Some firms add social media for reinforcement. Because only a portion of any audience matches to social profiles, and debt-related advertising carries extra restrictions, we position it as support for mail and email rather than a channel that carries a campaign.

Where This Currently Works

Coverage spans a growing set of states and counties where courts publish judgment data in a usable way. Tell us where you operate and we’ll confirm exactly what’s currently available — and if we’re not there yet, whether it’s something we can look into. Full jurisdiction list (for our broader lead types) lives on Areas We Cover.

Recovery Lead FAQs

Do you cover judgment leads in every state?

Coverage is strongest in a select set of jurisdictions today, and we’re continually adding more. Tell us your specific counties and we’ll assess what’s currently available there.

Can you add coverage for my area if you don’t have it yet?

Often, yes. We track requests and prioritize new jurisdictions based on demand, so it’s always worth asking, even if we don’t currently cover your area.

Do you track whether a judgment has been collected?

No. We surface newly-filed judgments; we don’t track collection status after the fact.

How does this differ from your bankruptcy leads?

Opposite sides of the same coin. Bankruptcy and debt relief leads target people trying to get out from under debt. These target creditors trying to collect what they’re owed. Firms handling both sides sometimes use our Bankruptcy & Debt Relief Law Firms leads alongside this page.

Do you cover advertising compliance?

Our outreach is built around current advertising and consumer protection rules. We can walk through the specifics for your state.

How do I get set up?

Reach out through Contact Us with your target counties and volume. We’ll confirm what’s currently available there and put together pricing.
