Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from attorneys and law firms considering CaseHunter. Looking for something specific to your state — like county coverage or local court details? Check your state’s page for those specifics.

What’s the difference between CaseHunter Mail and CaseHunter Mail 360?

CaseHunter Mail delivers the leads only — you handle the letter design, printing, and mailing yourself. CaseHunter Mail 360 manages the entire process for you, from design through printing and mailing.

How does CaseHunter source its leads?

We monitor court and agency filings directly in every state we cover, matching new cases to your practice area as they’re filed. We never use purchased or rented lists.

Is there a minimum contract or long-term commitment?

No. All CaseHunter plans run month-to-month, so you can scale up, scale down, or pause your campaign as your caseload changes.

How do I measure my campaign’s results?

Every mailer includes built-in call tracking, so you can see exactly how many calls it’s generating. Adding email marketing gives you reply tracking as well.

Is it worth adding email and social media to a direct mail campaign?

Many firms find it works well. Pairing direct mail with email marketing and social media marketing reaches the same prospect through more than one channel, using the same underlying leads.

Which states does CaseHunter cover?

We currently cover 26 states and counting. Visit our Areas We Cover page for the full list and to see if we’re active in your state.

How quickly can my campaign launch?

Most campaigns go live within days of confirming your practice areas and coverage area — the exact timeline can vary a bit by state.
